My team consisting of Sébastien, Henrik, and Sarah are joining Felix this Wednesday October 7th, to give him a helping hand and portage a section of that 700km route.

Couldn’t be happier to announce that she’s our team’s new MVP. She’s a triathlete herself (swim-bike-run), competes in half-ironmans, mountain bikes (downhill!!), windsurfs, and is also exploring her new found talents in throwing darts.
Not only is she an athlete herself, but she fixes other athletes. And YES!!, that’s where her edge kicks in; she understands what hurts, and knows how to keep you active while she guides you through a sports medicine-based treatment plan.
Do yourself a favour, and get a consult with Erin. Overuse injuries, stress fractures, spinal injuries... whatever the case may be, you can be sure that Erin’s got your back.
