Winter has been long and it’s impacted your body and mental health. That’s why I’m inviting you to join my Spring Yoga & Mobility Sessions!
I’m offering a place of connection, support and the chance to unite your mind, body and soul.
Join me for 10 weeks of yoga & mobility to start building a physical and mental toolbox to make you a more resilient human. I am offering 2 different sessions which will allow you to choose to practice a couple times a week, giving you the opportunity to reach your movement and emotions goals.
Each session includes a weekly livestream class and an extensive on-demand library of pre-recorded classes ranging from 5-120 minutes.
These are small group classes, ensuring everyone receives proper instruction in a safe environment.
