Over the next 4 weeks, this Zumba workout is your glow-up era. Youâll move better. Youâll get stronger. The sequencing is smart, the energy is high, and the vibes are unmatched. This is our safe space , where we let it all out and build each other up.
Every 50-minute class is a trip around the world, packed with different rhythms, heart-pumping beats, and moves that make you forget youâre even working out. In Zumba, we use a technique called âlayeringâ to build progression within each song: we start with base movement, add variations, then throw in some sparkle to top it off!
Youâre walking in with purpose and Iâm here to help you crush those goals! Whether you want to level up your fitness or just leave feeling empowered and ready to kick butt at life⌠Iâve got you.
