It’s important for children to have regular eye exams!

Children may not realize they have eye health issues, or be able to communicate when they experience vision problems.

That is why it is recommend that all children have their first eye exam at 6 months old.

Children's use of digital media has increased greatly. Encouraging periodic breaks from digital screens to give their eyes a much-needed break is important.

Remember the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and focus on something at least 20 feet away!
