"Why couldn't you just keep your knees together?"
This is one question asked by this judge to the victim of a s*xual assault. He also repeatedly referred to her as 'the accused'.
He has just been re-instated to practice law in Alberta.
Do you think he should?

A former judge who resigned from his position after coming under fire for asking a r**e complainant why she couldn't keep her knees together has won the right to practise law in Alberta again.
