Dear valued Customers, I have some exciting news to share with you all! 🙂
I have made the decision to add a very valued team mate to help me better manage my business. Please let me welcome, Lora Plotnikoff. She will be managing my schedule and taking calls / texts to make new appointments and any adjustments to current ones.
You may find that you receive several emails to confirm future appoinments as she is busy working on entering all booked appointments into the computer.
I ask for patience and co-operation from you all while this transition is occuring. If you have any concern with your appointment, or it is time for you to make a new one, you can reach Lora at 236-972-2724. I will have cards to provide to you at future appoinments with this information as well.
If you are a Kootenay Columbia Theraputics client you will continue to speak with Tracy to make your appointments and any adjustments at 250-364-1516.
If it is the day of your appointment or you are having difficulty with something you may still contact me directly via phone or email. If you reach out for an appointment you will be re-directed to call Lora at 236-972-2724.
