Just keeping you in the loop on what’s happeing with my Tuesday Evening Yoga in the For-rest Retreat Yurt classes! 🧘‍♀️
I’ll be away the next couple of weeks—
I’m running a Hiking and Yoga Retreat with my company Exhale Adventures in the Baja! 🌵 🏝️ 🌮
Tuesday Evening Gentle, Somatic/ Hatha Yoga and Sound bath shavasana will resume on January 27th 6-7:15pm drop in $15. ( trades are welcome) 🙏

2025 was a big year for me and while I have goals, dreams and manifestations for 2026 I’m reminded by this beautiful river to be mindful of the importance of processing, releasing and presence.
