Before starting your day, or whenever you need a minute, you might play this as a check-in.

It can help to notice where you’re starting from.
Not how you think you’re doing, but how you’re actually feeling today.

Present.
Tired.
Overwhelmed.
Steady.
Somewhere in between.

Taking a moment to notice gives the body a bit of time to catch up.
That often allows us to move forward with more capacity to respond, rather than react.

The 3:30 immersion is **Sold Out** January 18th.
I've opened another 7 person immersion time, at 12pm Jan 18th, to accomodate the waitlist.
Please sign up on my website once the new link has been posted.

What’s asking for your attention at the start of this year?

This new moon’s somatic sound immersion offers a focused space to slow down,
to notice where you are,

and to let sound support what you want to grow or get clearer about this year.

A chance to check in with how you’re really moving forward, your direction, your changes, your hopes , guided by what feels steady and true in your body.

As you settle, your attention can move inward toward what’s already forming
and what could use a little more support in the year ahead.

Join me, as we mark the first new moon of 2026 together!

My grandmother passed away on Friday.

She was 89, still sharp as ever—taking Spanish lessons, finishing writing  her second book, and painting paintings for the women’s shelter. Her idea was that when women left the shelter with their kids, they’d each be given a painting to hang in their new home. "Something to make it feel like a home". That was her way, quietly generous, and so kind.

She’d already written one book and was halfway through her second, this one is the story of her life, when she passed. I started reading it to my boys this weekend, and they were amazed by her—so proud, already asking when we can read more.

She wore jeans before women wore jeans because they were practical. Played guitar. Wrote poetry. Became widowed young, worked and provided for her kids as a single mother in the 70's and carried on with love, strength and determination. She used to say, “It’s always a choice—how we move forward with what life gives us.”

And also, “Family is everything.”

She was with me when my mom died, we held her hands together as I sang my mother to the other side. She’s been my friend, my second mom, and one of my fiercest examples of integrity and unconditional love.

Now she’s gone—the last of my matriarchal line—and it feels like something ancient has closed and something unseen has opened. I feel a deep sadness.
In  the sadness I  can also feel the thread that wove through her mother, through her, through my mom, through me, now continuing through my boys.

Her life quite literally shaped mine, and through me, my children’s.

I had the greatest gift of 47 years with my grandmother. I will always be able to hear her voice when I read her poetry or her books. I will always be able to hear her laughter and hgriefer strong opinions ring through my head. I'll always be able to remember what she sounded like when she would say “ I love you sweetie’.

One day, I hope to write an album using her poetry — to let her words live again through music, the way she always lived through art and meaning.

I am forever and deeply grateful. 🤍

✨The Resonant Voice✨

A Somatic Exploration of Embodied Expression

Your voice carries the imprint of your nervous system—how safety, truth, and belonging have been met, or missed, in relationship.

It tells the story of how you’ve learned to be heard… or to stay safe by staying quiet.

The Resonant Voice isn’t a singing workshop.

It’s an exploration of embodied voice, where tone, breath, and resonance become pathways to connection to your expression rather than performance.

Through Somatic Therapy tools, NLP scripting, nervous system literacy, and guided sound practices, we listen for the voice beneath the words.

The body becomes the instrument—sound becomes relationship—resonance becomes repair.

A space to re-pattern silence, rebuild trust in expression, and remember what it feels like to speak, hum, or sound from grounded presence.

✨ Now Open for Registration

Three ways to experience The Resonance Method™ this season — through voice, family connection, and community rest.

✨Resonant Voice — 7-Week Series

Your voice is a reflection of how safety, truth, and emotion live in the body.

Resonant Voice  isn’t a singing workshop.

It’s an exploration of embodied voice — how tone, breath, and resonance reveal your boundaries, your needs, and your capacity to be heard.

Through Somatic therapy tools, NLP scripting, nervous system literacy, and guided sound practices,  this workshop works with the body as an instrument of connection rather than performance.

A space to find coherence between voice and self — to speak, hum, or sound from grounded presence.

The Resonance Method™ Registration now open — link in bio.

✨ Family Sound Pods

Your family’s nervous system learns safety through sound.

A shared space for parents and kids to build nervous system literacy through sound, breath, and co-regulation.

Learn to recognize stress responses, support repair, and bring simple sound-based tools home for calm and connection.

✨Community Rest + Reset

A community sound and somatic immersion to help your body remember what it feels like to rest in a relational space.

Gentle soundscapes, nervous system education, and shared presence invite your system to slow down, release, repair, and re-pattern — restoring the rhythms of safety and connection.

The Resonance Method™ Registration now open — link in bio.

All offerings are grounded in

The Resonance Method™— blending sound, somatic therapy, and nervous system education to restore coherence between body, mind, and voice.

Your body is a living archive.

Your nervous system is the first defender
storing what the mind didn’t have the space or safety to process.

The silence you chose to stay safe.
The “yes” you said when you meant “no.”
The bracing. The freezing. The shrinking.

They’re adaptive patterns
your body’s way of surviving when choices felt limited and not safe.

Over time, they get stored in sensation:
a clenched jaw, a tight chest, a held breath, a startled flinch.

Even a voice tone, smell or a color
can pull a page from that archive
and suddenly, you’re right back in it...flooded

But here’s the thing:
What was adaptive then
doesn’t have to be permanent.

Updating those patterns begins
when you learn to read your body’s archive
with compassion, slowly , and present time awareness
and offer it the safety it never had.

This is The Resonance Method™.

09/13/2025

The body remembers what the mind learned to forget.

Healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s wrong—it’s about creating the conditions for the nervous system to feel safe enough to choose differently.

That’s what the Resonance Method™ is designed for.

Not a sound bath. Not just relaxation.
This is nervous system re-patterning through sound—a practice that meets your system where it’s at and helps it remember how to shift into connection, gently and sustainably.

Here’s how it’s different:

🔹 We work with your body’s protective patterns—not against them.

Chronic tension, collapse, numbness, overdoing—they’re not flaws. They’re adaptations. Sound, paired with awareness, helps create space around those responses.

🔹 We focus on implicit memory.

Your body holds more than just what you remember. It holds what was too much to process at the time. Resonance helps metabolize what got stuck, without overwhelm.

🔹 We co-create safety.

This is not about “letting go.” It’s about returning—to choice, to breath, to connection.

🔹 We integrate.

You’ll leave with more than an experience—you’ll leave with anchors. Tools. Language. And a felt sense of change that lasts beyond the session.

If you’re seeking something deeper than catharsis or calm, if you want support that includes your whole body’s story, this is the space.

Tonight 's Private Group
Final session ….

This three-part immersion has been a journey back into the body’s memory:

Part One: Fascia & Flow — softening the body’s protective layers and restoring fluid movement.

Part Two: The Child Within— reconnecting with the younger parts of ourselves that shaped how we move through the world.

Part Three: Reweaving & Integration — gathering the threads of our story and weaving them into wholeness.

Tonight we arrive at the final module. This has been such a powerful process—and I’ll be offering another round of the series later this month. Details coming soon.
