What does it truly mean to be human — to walk this Earth in a good way in this wild, miraculous vessel we call a body?

To breathe, to feel, to witness, to remember our connection to all things…
This life is a living prayer.

In every step, there’s a chance to honour the Earth.
In every breath, a doorway to gratitude.
In every offering, a way home to the mystery of creation.

This is a simple reflection — a beginning.
There’s much to share, many threads to follow.

Good day!

Thomas Heikes here, and today I'm sharing about some Native American drone flutes that I've crafted. They are finally all done after months of work, and they are beautiful works of art that I'm very proud of.
