Remember when “play” was the main event?🥋🏈⛹🏼‍♀️⚽️

For kids, sport isn't just about winning. It's a masterclass in resilience. They fall, they get up. They lose, they try again. They learn that discomfort is temporary and that movement is joy. This constant cycle of challenge and recovery builds incredibly resilient humans.

Then, we grow up. Play becomes a "hobby" and movement becomes a "workout." We sit more, we play less, and we start to fear the very discomfort that once made us stronger. That resilient spirit can get buried under stress, stiffness, and the belief that our bodies are just... breaking down.
