🔬Professional Development Announcement🔬

I’m pleased to share that I’ve officially been enrolled in the Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) training program with Vodder School International—a globally recognized leader in lymphatic therapy education.

This advanced training will allow me to provide evidence-based, medically-indicated care to clients experiencing a wide range of conditions related to lymphatic dysfunction. Once certified, I will be able to incorporate the Vodder method of MLD, a gentle and highly specialized technique, into my practice.

Clinical indications for MLD include:
• Lymphedema (primary and secondary, including post-cancer treatment)
• Post-surgical edema (cosmetic and orthopedic procedures, mastectomy, joint replacements)
• Chronic venous insufficiency
• Lipedema
• Post-traumatic swelling and hematomas
• Scar tissue management
• Sinus congestion and chronic rhinitis
• Migraine and tension-type headaches
• Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome
• Digestive issues with lymphatic involvement
• General immune and detox support

MLD is a safe and effective modality used in both clinical and wellness settings. It is widely integrated into care plans for oncology patients, individuals recovering from surgery, and those managing chronic inflammatory or lymphatic conditions.

I look forward to sharing more as I progress through the training and eventually offering this specialized service to support my clients’ recovery, wellness, and quality of life.

This is shaping up to be a great event! Thank you to Julie Liard from Mortgage Architects for generously providing signage this year - so we can get the word out to even more people who might not be on FB. The signs will be going up next week. Also, I’m excited to announce that Steve Ernst from DJ Concepts will be providing us with some lively music for the morning.

Can’t wait to see you all at Admirals Walk on Saturday, April 20 at 10:00am for registration and then at 11:30 for a bbq provided by No Frills and Greg Lewis.

Reminder that this event is a great morning for children to enjoy the fresh air while hunting for ‘trashure’. Also, any high school students looking for volunteer hours.

It takes a Village to make these events a success and our Village has turned up in droves. Thank you!
