Matrix Repatterning Case History: 14 year old male judo athlete diagnosed with a concussion and medically cleared by a physician to return to sport after one week still having a low level headache. On initial assessment headache 2/6, 4 specific eye tests positive. After treatment no headache only 2 eye tests positive. Four days later symptom free; however on testing one eye test positive. Post treatment all eye tests negative. 3rd treatment presented with no symptoms. Full reassessment without any positive results. Some exertion testing and there were no positive results. Clinically Cleared. Next step gradually return to sport. As there was no therapist at training specific guidelines were to be followed and if any symptoms developed to stop and rebook. Remember a Doctor already gave clearance for return to sport. A few key points: 1. Clinically cleared is not the same as return to sport cleared. 2. Matrix Repatterning for many can create immediate results same day as treatment. 3. Each concussion is specific to the individual as is their healing.
