Affirmations are a great way to boost our confidence and how we feel about ourselves. 🫶 It’s important to say affirmations in the present tense, even if you don’t feel it yet!

Writing your affirmations in your own journal makes them easy to refer back to often! (Which is key!!🔑)

One year ago at the Lisgar Community Fair, was the very first time I sold my journals and put them out there! It was so great to be back again in such a positive and supportive community for this year’s fair! Crazy that one year has gone by! 😯

Thank you to the Lisgar Residents Association for all the hard work that went into putting on a great event! Thank you also to everyone who has been so supportive and encouraging to me, I truly appreciate it ❤️🙏

I feel so lucky to have a mom who understands me so well and is always there for me. 🥰 (She knows me better than I know myself!😅😆) Whenever I’m having a hard time even just having her in the room makes me feel better. 🩷 She always knows exactly what to say to bring me up 😊

Everything I’ve done is possible because of the love and support of my family, but especially my mom. ❤️👩‍👧Shoutout to all the amazing moms and caregivers who do more for us than what anyone can ever realize!
