We're known for our clean and functional Superfood Teas & Latte Blends that also happen to be the *best* you've ever tasted. began in 2017 when Meredith was searching for a natural remedy for her anxiety and digestive troubles. Her passion for plants as medicine, and knack for flavours, led her to the kitchen to create Lake & Oak's signature tea blends. The mission was to create unique, flavour-packed teas that were fun to drink and benefit the body and mind. Sugar, sweeteners or so-called "natural flavours" - we let the plants speak for themselves.

⁠⁠〰️⁠⁠⁠ Whisk 2tsp Purely Matcha with a bit of warm water to make a paste⁠

Makes approximately 4-6 mocktails⁠ for you and your loved ones ❤️

⁠〰️⁠ In a large pitcher, steep 2 Superberry Immunity tea bags in 13 fl oz of hot water, extra strong, for 10-12 minutes. Set aside to fully cool.⁠
⁠〰️⁠ Pour in 10-12 fl oz of cranberry juice. ⁠
⁠⁠〰️⁠⁠ In each mocktail, pour 3-4 fl oz of the tea & cranberry juice⁠
