Aura The Psychotherapy Centre What's your Aura? At Aura our goal is to change the way people think about psychotherapy. An Aura is an atmosphere, a feeling that surrounds us.

We want our communities to embrace accessing therapeutic services like they would embrace going to the doctor if they were sick. The main way we do this is by using a client-centred, collaborative approach, offering high quality, professional psychotherapy services to individuals and couples across Ontario. Our mission is to provide a space where people feel surrounded by an Aura of hope, trust, empathy, and compassion so they feel safe to embrace their journey and grow.
