SOUND BATH: Ginger Vitality - Inner Fire & Renewal 🔥

Sunday, November 9th, 3pm - 4:30pm

This sound bath will include crystal singing bowls, various chimes, vocal flow, kenari shells, drumming, and more.

We will drink ginger tea and discuss the ways that ginger can aid us physically and energetically this time of year, when the weather is cold and the day's light is shorter. Then, we will deeply immerse ourselves in the sounds. 🫚⚘️🎶🕊💫

TIME: 3pm - 4:30pm.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled into the space.
Doors will not be open before 2:45pm.

Registration closes 5 hours before the event. Limited spaces available. ❤️

INVESTMENT: Sliding scale, pay what you can between $25 - $40.
Registration is required. Register and pay via e-transfer to secure your spot.**

Bring a blanket, an eye covering (such as an eye mask or a scarf), your mat, a water bottle, and anything else you may need to be physically comfortable while laying during the sound bath.

If you require a chair for the sound bath, please let Allie know at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need a mat or a blanket, there will be some available.

Wedding season is now official done. Now it’s time to dive into the Christmas market!

When: Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 10am to 2pm

Santa will be there from 10am-1pm. will be doing a photo area where you can get free photos with Santa.

There will also be free hot chocolate, crafts, colouring contest, music, and MORE!

🛍️ Swing by and finish up your Christmas shopping!

Vendor spots are filling up fast! We already have over 30 vendors. We will share more and spotlight vendors leading up to the date.

There’s also so many raffle items already! You’ll be able to win one by bringing donations to the food bank (specific details will be shared soon).
