✨ We are pleased to introduce Shijir Purevdorj, who will be taking part for the first time in the Wellness category at the 2026 Canadian & International Massage Therapy Championship, taking place on April 18–19 at the Sheraton Laval, in Laval, Quebec.
🌿 Biography
A German professional of Mongolian origin with a degree in business studies, Shijir Purevdorj built a successful 21-year corporate career within a leading German company. Despite this achievement, his life took a profound turn when he discovered his true passion and calling in holistic massage and wellness.
His journey into massage therapy began in 2023 as a Spa Therapist aboard a grand cruise ship, where he refined his skills in relaxation and therapeutic care. He later expanded his expertise at Saarland Therme and various wellness hotels, deepening his understanding of the healing power of touch.
In parallel with his massage practice, Shijir is also a certified systemic coach, integrating life-coaching principles with wellness to offer a truly holistic approach to well-being. At the end of 2024, he embraced self-employment, providing premium massage services in wellness hotels and through mobile massage offerings.
Shijir’s mission is to deliver the highest level of wellness massage, consistently exceeding expectations. Each session is designed as a “soul journey”, where relaxation, presence and transformation come together. His natural sensitivity, intuitive touch and deeply felt connection with clients remain at the heart of his practice, guiding his commitment to balance and well-being in every life he touches.

D’origine mongole et établi en Allemagne, Shijir Purevdorj détient une formation en administration des affaires et a œuvré pendant 21 ans dans le milieu corporatif, au sein d’une grande entreprise allemande. Malgré cette carrière florissante, sa vie a pris un tournant décisif lorsqu’il a découvert sa véritable vocation dans le massage holistique et le mieux-être.
Son parcours en massothérapie débute en 2023 à titre de spa thérapeute à bord d’un navire de croisière, où il développe une solide expertise en relaxation et en soins bien-être. Il poursuit ensuite son perfectionnement au Saarland Therme et dans plusieurs hôtels de bien-être, approfondissant l’art du toucher thérapeutique.
Parallèlement à sa pratique, Shijir est également coach systémique certifié, intégrant des principes de coaching de vie à ses soins afin d’offrir une approche globale du bien-être. À la fin de 2024, il choisit le travail autonome, proposant des massages haut de gamme dans des hôtels de bien-être ainsi que des services de massage mobile.
Sa mission est d’offrir un massage bien-être d’excellence, en dépassant constamment les attentes. Chaque soin devient une véritable expérience de voyage intérieur, où détente, présence et transformation se rencontrent. Doté d’une sensibilité naturelle et d’un toucher intuitif, Shijir cultive une connexion profonde avec ses clients, guidé par le désir sincère de favoriser l’équilibre et l’harmonie.
