Wishing you a gentle and peaceful Easter 💛

Easter can be a time of joy, rest, and connection, but we know it can also feel different for everyone. Whether you’re celebrating, spending time with loved ones, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, however today looks for you is enough.

Take this as a reminder to be kind to yourself, slow down where you can, and check in with your wellbeing.

You’re not alone today or any day.

This Stress Awareness Month, we sat down with Charlotte, Administrator at NIHCSS, to talk about how stress can impact our mental health and why it’s so important to recognise the signs early.

From feeling overwhelmed to changes in mood and mindset, stress affects us all differently, but one thing is clear: we don’t have to face it alone.

🌿 Welcoming Inga and Her Assistant Rufus – Monthly Wellbeing Therapies for Our Teams

Each month, we’re delighted to welcome Inga and her four‑legged assistant, Rufus, who visit our staffing teams to provide complimentary therapies. Rufus does an excellent job supporting the calm, friendly atmosphere that Inga brings to every visit.

Why Massage Matters
Massage therapy offers a wide range of wellbeing benefits, including:

Reducing muscle tension and physical stress
Supporting relaxation and mental clarity
Helping to ease anxiety and promote a sense of calm
Improving circulation and overall physical comfort
These sessions have become a much‑loved part of the month, and some of our team members have shared how much they value the chance to pause, reset, and look after their wellbeing during a busy workday.

'Inga is a miracle worker! She offers great treatments, leaving one feeling limber and healthy. She has a wealth of knowledge and skill and offers great advice regarding managing ongoing physical health issues. Each month I look forward to the treatment knowing that it will make me feel much better afterwards - able to work and live in greater alignment. Thank you, Inga! - Tom'

A Small Gesture With a Big Impact
Our staff work incredibly hard in a demanding environment, and these therapy sessions are a part of our wellbeing offers to show our appreciation for everything they do. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re glad to offer something that supports their health, comfort, and overall sense of balance.

A gentle reminder for today:

There are things in life we can control, and things we simply can’t.

We can’t always control what happens around us, how others behave, or unexpected challenges that come our way. But we can control how we respond, how we care for ourselves, and the choices we make each day.

Letting go of what’s out of our control isn’t easy, but it can bring a sense of calm and clarity. Focusing on what is within our control, our mindset, our actions, our boundaries, can help us feel more grounded and empowered.

Take a moment today to pause, reflect, and be kind to yourself. 💙💚

As Neurodiversity Week comes to a close, we want to thank everyone who has shared their stories, insights, and experiences with us. 💙💚

Over the past week, we’ve heard powerful perspectives, from personal journeys to reflections on supporting others, all reminding us of the importance of understanding, acceptance, and inclusion.

But this isn’t the end of the conversation. Neurodiversity awareness goes beyond a single week. It’s something we continue to learn about, support, and champion every day.

Let’s keep listening, keep learning, and keep creating spaces where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.

We’re continuing the conversation by sharing personal perspectives from staff living with neurodiversity.

These stories highlight that neurodiversity is not one experience, it’s many. It can shape how people think, communicate, and navigate the world, bringing both challenges and strengths that deserve to be understood and valued.

By creating space for these voices, we’re reminded of the importance of empathy, flexibility, and truly listening to one another. When people feel seen and supported, they’re better able to thrive, both personally and professionally.

Stay tuned over the coming days as we share more lived experiences, each one helping to build a more open, inclusive, and understanding workplace. 💙💚

We’ve been speaking with our staff about their personal experiences of living with neurodiversity—creating space for individuals to share their stories in their own words.

Each experience is unique. For some, it’s about navigating challenges that aren’t always visible. For others, it’s recognising strengths, perspectives, and ways of thinking that shape who they are. What’s clear across every conversation is the importance of understanding, acceptance, and being able to show up as your authentic self.

Over the coming days, we’ll be sharing a series of personal reflections—each offering an honest insight into what living with neurodiversity means day to day.

We hope these stories encourage greater awareness, empathy, and open conversations. 💙💚

We’ve been speaking with our staff about their experiences with neurodiversity, both in supporting others and in sharing their own lived experiences. This is the experience of Julie Marks, Office Manager.

From these conversations, one thing is clear: every perspective matters, and every story brings a deeper understanding of how we can create a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

Over the coming days, we’ll be sharing a series of posts highlighting these voices, each one offering a unique insight, reflection, or lesson learned. Together, they help build a fuller picture of what neurodiversity looks like in practice, and why it’s so important to listen, learn, and adapt.

We invite you to follow along, reflect, and be part of the conversation. 💙💚
