We are excited to announce that the design we now have chosen for this year's T-shirts and promotion comes to us from young local artist. This is what they told us about themselves and their design:
"My name is Tulip and I'm 13-years-old. My pronouns are she/her and I consider myself part of the q***r community. I really like to draw and make art, as you can probably tell from me making this design. The inspiration came from looking up symbols that represent resistance movements. If you really pay attention to the design there are many hidden meanings. How many can you find? Good luck ✨"
We congratulate Tulip and look forward to having their design on the shirts we will be selling at Watson & Lou and at the Pride in the Park event in September. Tulip will receive $150, a free shirt, and our appreciation.
