I was able to heal myself and change my life, and my passion is to help as many people as possible do the same. What I now know is that anyone struggling with their health has something in common - a build up of physical, chemical and/or emotional stress in their bodies. These layers of stress create blockages in the spine which, over time, lead to pain, illness and disease. Spinal Flow Technique is a powerful healing modality that uses gentle touch on the nervous system to reconnect the body to its innate intelligence (its life force energy) so that layers of stress release, blockages dissolve, and ease and wellness expand in the body. This can be used in conjunction with brain retraining coaching to produce rapid positive changes, and to prevent re-creating the same stressors that led to illness in the first place. The body doesn’t need “fixing” because it is so clever! Once we reconnect it to its innate intelligence and remove the interference, healing can unfold naturally. Celebrating some client wins!!!

I share these because…

- My heart is in what I do. I care deeply about each person that walks through my door, and their wins are my wins.

- Although there is hardship and struggle, there are wins and healing too.

- It’s important to see what is possible for you when you take action.

- I would never want anyone to give up if they have yet to experience the healing power of this work firsthand.

- My hope is that in future I’ll be sharing your wins too!

The moment my daughter was born was the tipping point in my life.

It was this time that everything changed - an onslaught of 24-7 symptoms followed by what I refer to as “my 7 years of hell”.

We all have our story, and I don’t pretend to know yours.

But I do know all about the pain, the isolation, the fear, the desperation, the constant symptom management.

The thing is, that wasn’t my whole story. It’s likely not yours either.

Healing, happiness, joy, abundance, possibility…it may all seem impossible to you know, but I promise it isn’t.

The only words I had for my client today were “just keep going!”

My biggest advice?

Help your children support their nervous systems when they are young.

Allow them to release stressors so they don’t build up in the body.

Let them feel what safety, peace, calm and connection feel like in their body so this becomes their natural state of being.

Then watch how they thrive.
