It's looking at all aspects of our lives and working on one at a time with the hope to reach a state of balance. My focus in helping others lies with fitness, food, mindfulness and everyday lifestyle habits. To me these aspects help us not just with the physical aspects of health, but also with the mental and emotional aspects. When all of these are in balance to some degree, our lives feel more fulfilled and happier all around. My main program is now a group coaching health program. This program is a coaching program, where I provide the program(meal plan, food lists, exercise plan) and then I coach you through it. We start with 30 days and then continue based on need and stage of life. One on one personal training can be arranged as part of the program.

What’s not shown is the flus and colds, the funerals, the deep emotions shared amongst girlfriends, the days I wanted to throw in the towel, the days I call on my moms spirit to guide me…..

But something bigger than me keeps me on top of the world, keeps me saying yes to my mission, keeps me trying again, keeps me@adjusting my thoughts because thought mastery is where it’s at, keeps me believing in limitless possibility!

I don’t know what it was like back when I didn’t believe in something bigger.

Stepping into a new year with more calm, more trust, and a deeper capacity to hold it all.

My manifesting technique 👇

It’s called “upside down, inside out”!

Here’s how it works:

UPSIDE DOWN

means you take a dream you have been daydreaming about, in your imagination… like if your life was ideal right now, what do you desire….

There’s this thing you crave, you keep dreaming about…YES That!

Bring it from your imagination UP above your head and bring it DOWN into your mind! Think about it over and over and over (it will start to imprint into your subconscious mind).

Then the more you think about it, and place calm focused attention on what you desire, you will start to FEEL the emotions of having it, INSIDE your body. It will start to imprint as a new belief of what is possible!

INSIDE OUT:

So once that feeling INSIDE your body heart and soul becomes stronger and stronger , that feeling becomes a natural state within you….that dream will become your reality on the OUTside of you (ie your life).
