More stress = more conflict? You’re not the only couple feeling it.
Holidays can increase tension about money, in-laws, time with each family, parenting, and traditions. Conflict doesn’t mean your relationship is broken—but it might mean you need new tools.
Try this:
• Pause before reacting; take a breath
• Use “I feel…” instead of “You always…”
• Talk about the problem as a team: “How can we handle this together?”
