There’s something special about taking the time to carefully wrap and present every order before it begins its journey.

Every item is packaged with care. I use recycled and reused materials whenever possible, giving them a second life while reducing waste. It’s important to me that the excitement of receiving something new doesn’t come at the expense of the environment. Sustainable choices can still feel thoughtful and beautiful.

No two packages are exactly the same. Each one is prepared by hand, with attention to detail and a personal touch that makes it feel unique.

There’s a quiet joy in knowing that something I’ve carefully packed will soon be opened by someone who’s been looking forward to it. That sense of connection (from my hands to yours) is what makes preparing every delivery so meaningful.

Natty B’s Body Butter — Lavender, Mint & Rosemary

Made with herbs from my own garden, slowly solarised in organic coconut oil for six months, then whipped with rich organic shea butter. The result is a deeply nourishing body butter that provides long-lasting moisture while still feeling gentle and soothing on the skin.

Hello friends 💛

I want to share a little story about how arnica found its way into my life...and how Natty B’s Miracle Balm was born.

When I was growing up, my mum used arnica on every bruise, bump, and swelling. To me, it worked so well it felt like magic. I honestly thought my mum was some kind of fairy ✨

Fast forward to six years ago, when I moved to the Okanagan. Every spring, these beautiful yellow flowers would bloom on my land. A neighbour noticed them and said, “You know that’s wild arnica, right?”

Wow.

She went on to teach me how to harvest it properly and how to turn it into a balm. From there, I started experimenting — adjusting the strength, the infusion time, really learning what worked best. And what I discovered amazed me.

As an athlete who ran my first race more than 30 years ago (a triathlon that included a swim on the Thames, yukky), I’ve had my fair share of sore muscles, strains, inflammation, and everyday aches. Truly nothing has supported my body the way this balm has.

At first, I thought maybe it was just me. So I started sharing it with neighbours, friends, and folks around town.

Before I knew it, people were coming back for more. Even those who swore they “didn’t believe in natural remedies.” It honestly started to feel like that Friends episode with Monica’s candy 🍬

I loved making it just for the joy of it, but with the cost of olive oil and ingredients rising, the only way to continue was to charge a small fee — one that covers the materials, the time it takes away from my regular work, and still comes in at a fraction of store-bought prices.

Friends, I am so excited to release my Lavender, mint & rosemary coconut and shea body butter.

When I started out on this journey, I wanted to create something that I knew would not only be kind to your body and soul, but smell great and work amazingly well.

And so, I picked the herbs from my garden and solarized them in organic coconut oil for six whole months.

Then came the fun part!

After squeezing every bit of goodness out, I grabbed my organic shea butter and I whipped and whipped and whipped it, until I broke my whisk, lol.

But the result was so worth it.

So often with all natural creams you need to keep reapplying every few hours. So, when I experimented on myself, I couldn't believe it. 24 hours later and my skin felt so soft still.

Could it be just me?

So I gave some to my friends to try. Nope, seems this is some kind of miracle balm.

The smell is gentle and the cream is amazing, even on sensitive skin.

I have made a small batch. 10 medium sized jars and 8 extra large jars (and by large, I mean this could last you at least a year).

So, now it's time for me to share with you.

The medium jar is $20 plus post and packaging.
The large jar is $40 plus post and packaging (it's quite heavy, so just a little warning).

I'm so excited about this one!
