A little about me
I feel blessed to say I’m an Alberta girl with a love for the Rockies, dogs and cooking! It’s likely that my husband and I spend our Summer’s camping and boating and our Winter’s snowboarding or snowshoeing. Our two dogs love our trips to the Shuswap where they get to swim and play fetch for endless hours from the beach! The last couple years I have also built a side-gig doing cooking events with some amazing people in this community. I LOVE how food and fitness really have a way of bringing people together!

You can bet that it will be a fun atmosphere, most likely with some good tunes and the energized feeling you get after will leave you wondering when you can come back! I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for six years now and I love how it’s always challenging me to learn more so I can help educate my clients. I graduated the Nutrition Certification program from SAIT in 2012 with Honours and have been continuing my education in the field ever since. A few of my favourite courses I have done include, functional fitness and mobility, large group training, Olympic lifting, Kettle Bell, ViPR and Pre-Natal and Post-partum Fitness.
Whether you’re new to Fitness or have been involved in it your whole life I will always do my best to listen to your needs and facilitate a setting where you feel comfortable and safe. I encourage my clients to listen their body’s first and then me, as the Instructor second. If there’s something that doesn’t feel right I’m always happy to offer modifications as necessary. My goal is to help you reach your health and fitness goals by educating and motivating you to be the best and strongest version of yourself!
