I’m in a Facebook group and adults are whining about Halloween cuz kids. Listen stop expecting things to go back to normal and you’ll thrive. Be innovative and creative, there’s so many other fun ways to celebrate. Over the years due to safety issues kids don’t go out trick or treating like 10 or 20 years ago anyway. Here’s ideas:
1. Get spooky Pajammies and have a movie night.
2. Make candy gift baskets
3. Wear the costume all day, go for a walk or shopping etc, be a spooky family!
4. Spooky craft night
5. Spooky game night

Show of hands, Who wants the quilt on display in Staten Island again for the 20th anniversary of 9/11.It may be 2 years away. But we're starting now to begin making all the plans. St. Johns University is very excited to make this come together and it's going to take a lot of work for everyone involved over the next 2 years to make this very special exhibition possible
