Join Lucinda TUES 11:30 for her new 60+ YOGA class. This ninety minute class is for our "silver" students who are ages 60 and up, and looking to maintain mobility, stability, balance, and strength in their bodies. Sounds great, yes? No sign up required, use your punch card or bring cash $20 as a drop in fee.
NOTE: minimum 3 months of yoga experience required.

Props make it possible for every person to enhance their study of yoga. Wooden blocks can be used as support for your hands or head if you can’t reach the floor. We’ve got all the props you need and they’re available for you to use in our classes.
