We are looking for a CDA to work in our Whitby clinic, In home services in North York, Brampton & all over GTA.
Position Summary
The successful applicants will be responsible for providing in-person services in our Whitby Clinic. Daytime, early evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders with SLP supervision.
Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
Provide client and family centered intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy.

Qualifications
Graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Professional Liability Insurance
Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening
Vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license and auto-insurance required
