We are looking for a CDA to work in our Whitby clinic, In home services in North York, Brampton & all over GTA.
Position Summary
The successful applicants will be responsible for providing in-person services in our Whitby Clinic. Daytime, early evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders with SLP supervision.
Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
Provide client and family centered intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy.

KIDZ AUTISM AND SPEECH CLINIC is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill in part-time/full time independent contractor Instructor Therapist position. Instructor Therapists will work one-on-one with young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) in a home, school/daycare settings & in our Whitby clinic with Senior Therapist supervision with full COVID-19 protocols and pre-cautions.
Candidates may be required to travel throughout their area to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. Successful candidates must collaborate with other team members in the consistent implementation of a student's behavioral programs and procedures, maintain regular communication with parents as required and participate in scheduled team meetings as required.
Successful candidates should possess:
A College Diploma or University Degree in ABA related field
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
A valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle or other reliable method of transportation (when travel is required)
Experience as an Instructor Therapist (IT) implementing ABA/IBI programming is an asset.
ABA/Autism related Diploma/Certificate is a benefit.
Successful candidates are required to complete a criminal background check (with Vulnerable Sector).
