I normally like black coffee but every so often, I love a good latte. Collagen lattes are my go to at home 😍 recipe below ..

* 1 shot of espresso
* 1 cup of frothed almond milk
* 2 scoops of collagen
* two tablespoons of maple syrup
* and a sprinkle of cinnamon

* 1 scoop collagen protein
* 1/2 frozen banana
* 5 strawberries
* 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
* 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

What’s your go to work week lunch? Let’s chat about easy lunches…I work from home most of the time, with a very hectic schedule the rest of the time. As a busy person, I’m the first to say, having protein cooked and ready to go for any meal is a game changer 🙌🏼 bonus points if you make time to prep some great carb sources like sweet potatoes or rice! Then just add your veggies and fat for a balanced plate. It can be done in less than 20 minutes and will leave you feeling much more satisfied and focused to continue your day. Tell me your fave lunch in the comments !

It’s been a minute since I posted an About Eating Well salad. Mixed greens, avo, beets, cucumber, red onion and parsley. Topped with my go to maple balsamic dressing 🙌🏼 Dressing recipe below 👇

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
- Himalayan sea salt & pepper to taste

Made my first Paper Plane 😍
- 3/4 ounce bourbon
- 3/4 ounce amaro
- 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice (the original recipe calls for lemon, however I just prefer orange juice) Then simply shake over ice and strain into your favourite glass ✨

Greens and Grains Bowl with Pirho Greens and Mixed Grains. I add harissa and roasted red pepper hummus, then chicken for protein. Now for toppings, pickled onion, cucumber, red cabbage, olives, and pumpkin seeds 10/10 must try!

Grazie Mille to Luciano at for an amazing tasting experience. The Calcaire was my personal highlight, an assembly (not a blend, an assembly is when each wine is made separately and carefully curated together to create a gorgeous end product). Followed by wood-oven pizza, salad and olives. A perfect day.
