This past Saturday, my most favourite little lady and I had the opportunity to participate in a clinic with Carolyn Aarup. So much beneficial information was taken away from this clinic.

I’m greatful to deepen my understanding of how these ponies carry themselves during activity, and I can’t wait to apply it in the business!

✨ Newest Addition to MP Equine✨

I will now be offering Kinesiology Equine Taping as its own service!

This non-invasive and adaptable technique involves applying specialized tapes to the body to address various soft tissue injuries, support musculoskeletal structures, reduce pain, prevent injuries, and benefit the circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems. Equi-tape will not interfere with your horses movement, meaning it can be worn during physical activity. It is also waterproof and can withstand sweat, dust, rain, snow etc.

On Friday, I had the opportunity to test two new taping applications—one for SI joint support and another aimed at improving circulation in an arthritic knee. I’ve really enjoyed exploring different taping techniques to better support our equine partners. So far, I’ve found taping to be a highly effective secondary support method following bodywork sessions💪🏻✨

Here’s a fun little video! Watch as I apply a muscle relaxation application to help ease some mild back tension. Patsy quite enjoys her Equi-Tape sessions—you’ll notice her start licking, chewing, and even letting out a big sigh as I activate the adhesive. That’s the kind of release every bodyworker loves to see!
