New Beginnings start by taking a single step. For me that included a divorce, raising three beautiful children on my own, finding my love of my life, getting remarried and have two more beautiful children. For me it included deciding that I am worth it. I have value and I am important. I started putting myself first with my health and fitness goals. I wanted to be the best wife, mother and woman I could be. I wanted to learn how to eat better, workout without leaving the comfort of my own home and lead by example for my family. I am doing it ... and you can too!! JOIN ME!!!
