The Infinity Keys offers a variety of techniques for a healthier mind, body, and spirit, from a variety of sources. Helping you change your life through the practice of a series of keys or techniques, personal sessions, personal training, and group workshops to achieve balance and flow. The source of information is an accumulation of many readings, training, courses, and modalities. We use the ancient technology built into our autonomic system called the Relaxation Response which has helped us reset from "fight and flight" since the beginning of time. Einstein and Quantum Physics have shown this to be true, just think of EKGs and EEGs. All it takes is a desire to self-heal and practice. These techniques facilitate the healing process by clearing blocks in the energy fields and repairing and rebalancing the energy flow so that the body can move to its optimal level of balance from where it is able to access its inherent ability to heal itself. It can also help identify “issues” before they manifest as pain or similar distortions in the physical body. Trauma, emotional and mental stress, false belief systems, physical distress, and other blocks to our personal growth can be stored in the energy fields of our bodies and impact our ability to function at our full potential. More energy as you clear your body of past traumas that are held energetically in your body, improve your body's balance and energy flow, less stress more tranquility, building ongoing awareness of the different energy fields that affect our body, mind, and spirit, and learning to adapt your unique field for enhanced energy, balance and flow!
