Stop wasting money on probiotic supplements that don’t even make it past your stomach acid.

What if your body isn’t sabotaging you…it’s just sick of being starved?

There are so many videos telling you what not to eat.

No dairy. No gluten. No sugar. No fun.

But no one talks about what that actually does to you:
🕳️ It leaves holes in your meals.
😵‍💫 It creates stress.

Low carb isn’t saving your blood sugar. It might be breaking it.

And if you’re a woman over 40, this one’s especially for you.

Going too low-carb can make insulin resistance worse. Your body needs them, that’s why your sugar cravings are so high.

Women’s bodies, especially in perimenopause, need a regular, steady source of healthy carbs to regulate hormones, produce progesterone, and feel safe enough to actually heal.

Acid reflux? It’s probably not what you think.

If you feel the burn after eating…or food coming up, pressure in your chest, that annoying lump in your throat, it might not be too much acid...

👉 For most adults, it’s actually TOO LITTLE stomach acid.

Here are 3 causes of acid reflux I see over and over in my practice:

1️⃣ Low stomach acid — not high!

2️⃣ High histamine levels

3️⃣ Slow motility

And…when we fix the real root cause, reflux improves dramatically.
