3 Point Deadlift - Setup checklist ✅
1. Your stance should be hip width. Not sure what that feels like, jump up and down 3 times. You’ll land in your perfect position.
2. Have the bar ready to move over your mid foot, and inch or so from your shins.
3. Place your hands where your knee/legs allow. But the goal is to have them as vertical as possible. If they are wide and making a triangle, you’re making things hard for yourself.
