Join certified audiologist Brianna Smith from Treat Hearing this Tuesday, January 20 at 1:30 pm as she discusses how hearing health affects our cognition and overall wellness.

This session is perfect for anyone experiencing hearing loss, as well as family members, friends, and caregivers who want to learn more about supporting their loved ones.

We'll be gathering upstairs at the Westport Arena – join us for coffee, snacks and valuable information.

Free Indigenous-Led Kidney Health Drop-In Clinic!

Join us for an Indigenous-led, Indigenous-focused kidney health clinic offering free early detection screening. Open to everyone, with a focus on those with a personal or family history of kidney disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes.

⏰ 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
📍 2 Gould Street, Smiths Falls
(IIPCT mobile clinic located out front)

Inside Unit 118, participants can enjoy:
• 🍽️ Traditional lunch feast
• 🎨 Métis Spirit Bead painting
• 🧺 Indigenous food and crafts
• 🌿 Simple stress-reduction and wellness activities
• 📚 Educational and community resources
• 🎁 Draws and raffles

This clinic is offered with support from the Indigenous Interprofessional Primary Care Team, The Perth Family Health Team, Kingston Health Sciences Centre, the Kidney Foundation of Canada and valued community partners.
