Hello! Here are our Empath Oracle cards revealed!
Trusting in your intuition guiding you to what is most resonate β‘
Due to my day, I decided to use the book meanings- I usually do my own intuitive messages on cards, but felt my energy off today, heavy, so felt like it was okay to use the booklet meanings. I trust this is for a reason and divinely guided β€οΈ let me know if it lands for you π
π A) SITTING WITH SORROW
Essential Themes
β’ Accepting sadness as part of the emotional growing process
Deciding to not become attached to heavy, dark emotional energy
β’ Dividing personal sadness from that which has been empathically absorbed
Imagery
This painting represents beauty in sadness and the need to surrender to it from time to time. Like every human emotion, there is a deeper meaning to sadness.
Sorrow rains down on the figure in the picture, providing an emotional purification and the wisdom that can emerge strengthened from this condition.
Deeper Meanings
As you know, sadness is a powerful force for empaths to navigate. If left uncontrolled, this emotion manifests as anger, hopelessness, self-isolation, and a wide array of harmful behaviors that are not beneficial on the empathic journey.
Perhaps the most important thing to
remember when drawing this card, is that emotions associated with deep sadness are real. On the flipside, the thoughts
that accompany these emotions are often illusions. The mind can play tricks.
It's easy to give into dark thoughts and their accompanying emotions, but this doesn't mean they are real.
Just because we think it does not make it real. Unrealistic thoughts and self-expectations fall short when
we remember that we ourselves are a spark of the Divine: All these thoughts will fall away once we experience death. Death itself should be respected and should
come in its natural course; not by our own hands, as tempting as this may be at times.
If sorrow is experienced for long enough, it can seem like a person's natural or baseline state of being. This is fiction, because our true, deeper selves are
pieces of God(s). There is no original sin; there is only original purity.
This card offers an allowance to take some space from others and simply experience sadness. Sitting with our emotions is a way to analyze and come to terms with them. Done with intention
we can work ourselves out of wallowing (which is an unproductive way to "sit" with an emotion), and approach the act as a productive, progressive healing technique.
When exploring darker emotions, we must keep in mind that we are not our emotions, we are not our minds, we are not our bodies. These are individual pieces that make up the whole.
The fact that we experience life through the lens of consciousness reminds us that we are spiritual and awake, and that our true essence does not deserve to be controlled by any sort of emotional state. What an incredibly rare gift to experience this earth as conscious beings!
Remember that this will pass; we can experience these depths but not fall victim to them. We do not have to feel permanently attached to sorrowful emotions. We can change our lives and our outlooks on life in order to more poignantly target emotional instability. Perhaps most importantly, it must begin by honoring ourselves, attempting to love ourselves, and not selling ourselves short. This conditioning, whether social or internal, can be challenging to "unlearn," but is very much possible.
Sad days can present us with a lot of life lessons and can teach us how to make modifications in our lives so we can enter more positive, gentle, and happy states of
being. Experiencing sorrow is not a mark of weakness: it is a profound opportunity to grow as empaths. This world desperately needs us, and it needs us to be as emotionally healthy as we can be, even if it, easier said than done.
Suggestions for Action
When sitting with sorrow, it's important to look for the origin of any given sensation. From whence does it come? Why are we experiencing this state? What triggered it, and what has been adding to it?
It can be helpful to handwrite about and cognitively analyze these emotional origins, and then make a plan on how to proceed with addressing and ultimately
healing these emotional manifestations. There is no harm in consulting with other trustworthy individuals (healers, counselors, friends, etc.) in order to gain an
outside perspective into our own emotional suffering. We are fortunate to have access to local su***de prevention hotlines and textlines (it's not necessary to actually be contemplating s\icide to contact these folks).
Consider seeking help from healers, therapists, counselors. or life coaches. Acknowledging inner pain is a mark of strength, and it's vitally important to become our own advocates and heal from pain-especially those pains that play on repeat in our daily lives.
In the meantime, turn on some relaxing or upbeat music that you enjoy: something nonvocal or which has a positive vocal message. We all respond differently to various types of tunes.
Also consider dancing by yourself or with others. Dancing releases positive endorphins. You may also consider taking a walk in Mother Nature to reconnect with your soul's essence. This important card urges you to be proactive in your empathic healing so that you can more profoundly influence yourself and others throughout this sacred journey.

π B) BONDING WITH THE RHYTHM OF LIFE
Essential Themes
β’ Asking how and why everything is "meant-to-be*
β’ Noticing the cyclical nature of plants, animals, and the natural world
β’ Surrendering to that which is unknown
Imagery
The intricate painting for this card unveils layers of realitv that exist within the human mind, consciousness, and earthly experience. The eternal and inseparable
connection of everything that lives and exists is the central message of this picture.
Deeper Meanings
Everything is meant to be. Right? 'This can be an excruciating theory to accept, but we find this message repeating over and over, across time, culture, and religion. It's okay
to doubt this at times, not least on account of the world's incomprehensible horrors, but somehow this outlook on life echoes inside the heart of every empath--even if we
can't entirelv understand how or why.
The rhythm of life is evolution and expansion. Scientific fields currently recognize that empathy is a primary key in human and animalistic evolution If everything is meant to be, then empathy is a force that propels things into their proper place.
If this card carried a single word, it would be "surrender." Spiritual surrender is a requirement for bonding with the Universal flow of life. Although it feels safe
and comforting to always be in control of our lives, there is so much that we are not directly in control of.
We are bound to physical reality at this point in our souΔΎ's journey, and we must accept this if we wish to create any semblance of peace. It's not always easy
to exist in these physical vessels, these fragile bodies. Sometimes all we can do is trust in the process.
During daily life, we can choose to take the perspective that we ourselves are Spirit (or God) experiencing itself. When everything is viewed as sacred, life becomes more meaningful and alive. If we are indeed
Spirit, then our every thought, word, and action carry spiritual significance.
Additionally, our every interaction with other beings carries spiritual weight. The Sanskrit word Karma means "action." so the way that we choose to intentionally conduct ourselves in reality is the essence of Karma itself. When drawing this card, you have no choice but to shift your perspective to see how beautiful life is... and is becoming.
Throughout our daily experiences, things synchronize in order to bring us lessons or to simply remind us that we are alive in a spiritual or multifaceted experience of reality. Let's make this experience the best we can, both for others and ourselves.
Suggestions for Action
We hear the "meant-to-be" thing left and right, so it's important that we come to terms with what that exactly means to us individually. How do we personally
come to terms with this belief?
By observing the natural world--that which is free from humankind's impact-we see everything beating at a certain rhythm. It's almost as if nature, life, and the Universe itself are unfolding in an unseen pattern. Underlying this is the reality of evolution.
Take some time to observe the natural world, noting how everything harmoniously works in tandem. Consider how humankind is both connected and divorced
from this cycle. 'The greatest evils are borne of human free will, but so are the most beautiful experiences and emotions we could ever hope to experience. Consider
your place in the grand scheme of things, and how by bonding to life's rhythm we empaths can help make it a better place for all.

π C) ESTABLISHING EMOTIONAL BOUNDARIES
Essential Themes
β’ Distinguishing our energies and emotions from those of others
β’ Recognizing boundaries with other people
β’ Contemplating nuances of emotional and energetic exchanges
Imagery
The image for this card is the only one that has a clear separation between the two people depicted. It symbolizes the emotional separation we must undergo, without losing our empathy. Both individuals in this card's artwork are absorbing vibrations from the other but do not lose their independent stability in the process.
Deeper Meanings
Pulling this card is a direct "call to action for all highly empathic and emotionally sensitive individuals. This card necessitates the establishment of boundaries between that which is emotionally yours and that which belongs to another person, to society, or is a result of social conditioning. Although it can seem dreadfully hard, especially at first, it is our duty to recognize which emotions belongs to us, an belongs to another person, to sociely and which belong to an external Party or parties. This does not exclude social conditioning that we've experienced over time, as we are apt to absorb and hold on to dificult emotions from the past.
There is no reward in simply entering another person's emotional reality and remaining there. You do not need to empathize with everyone, nor do you need to agree with everyone. For example, if you dont like sports, don't pretend to like sports. You can, however empathize with someone's sports-fueled excitement without invalidating their feelings!
Suggestions for Action
We interact with people in person, on the phone, on line, and through various other mediums. If at any point you feel uncomfortable or feel exhausted from an exchange you have the right to kindly draw a boundary. You might say, "It's been great talking; I need to take care of x, y, and z." Or you may change your body language to indicate that you need to politely excuse yourself. If all else fails, go to the bathroom for a breather!
We empaths often naturally assume that everyone is as open as we are. It's a tough lesson to learn that people have their boundaries, many of them based in ego or identity, that we may cross without realizing. Ee can gain greater awareness and empowerment by mentally taking a step back in social situations to analyze the emotional energy of the moment.
It takes a lot of practice for extremely empathic people to discover the best ways to politely, yet firmly draw and recognize social boundaries, as well as to distinguish our emotions from those of others. This card reminds us that it is not only possible but also necessary on the empathic journey. Practice makes perfect.

And, these cards could all be read together as well . If they all resonate, then that's a bigger collective message you needed to hear. Move forward gently and with kindness to yourself and others. Its a busy season, energies are bumping everywhere. Reign yourself in.. this too shall pass.. breathe.
As always I am sending you so much love, light, peace and blissful blessings
