I used to exercise for hours (I used to have the time and energy). But now as a busy working mom there is very little time or energy! The workouts I personally do now are short (10-30min) but incredibly effective. I was in better shape 4months post-partum doing 20min AO1 workouts, than I was in my 20s running training for hours for half-marathons. I'm now pushing 40 and feel stronger and more capable than I ever have.
You don't need a lot of time or equipment to get a workout in that will transform your body, strength and mindset. I experience this first-hand and see it time again with my clients.
Do you prefer long workouts or would a short, effective workout be key to fitting into your lifestyle?
