The time change has everyone feeling off.

For many older adults, the shift in daylight saving time can disrupt sleep, mood, and daily routines — especially for those living with memory loss or mobility issues.

As a caregiver, you can ease the transition by:

✔️ Keeping mealtimes and medications consistent
✔️ Maximizing natural light during the day
✔️ Maintaining familiar routines for comfort and stability

It was a busy day at St Peter’s Angilcan Church @ 240 College St Cobourg, today they hostessed a Cargivers Show! There were many older adults and family that visited Sandra’s Dee Consulting’s table to learn how I can help remove stress by creating a “Plan in Place” and to educate them on their options. No need to make rushed decision that you may regret!
