This 4 week series will focus on Social Skills such as conversations & communication, community safety, and friendship building. Do you have a youth who's next stop is high school? Sunrise Counselling is inviting grade 8 students who are ready RISE to take on this next adventure to join us in a 2 part workshop series. As a clinic that specializes in youth mental health we aim to work with our local students to get ahead of the common elementary to high school transition related challenges, to equip our kids with tools to navigate and empower coping in life scenarios, and to work WITH the community to support wellness with compassion and quality care.
