Sunshine Coast - we are blessed to have Honey Williams August coming this way soon to offer her Beauty Shield Workshop. I met Honey in ceremony many years ago and have witnessed her walk with so much beauty and grace throughout all of the ups and downs of life. She carries deep medicine with her. For anyone looking to deepen their personal sovereignty, power and softness, I highly recommend soaking up the teachings and practices Honey will be sharing 🩵

We are looking forward to breathing together this coming Sunday to bring in the new year. This is an opportunity to reset, restore and revitalize your nervous system. In this season of reflection, breathwork becomes a powerful ally, guiding us to connect with our authentic emotions and wash away what no longer serves.
