This is such a fun way to get your kids outside, building and playing! Build toy boats out of recycled materials! It’s also a stem activity, as they experiment with different materials, learn about buoyancy, etc! Try it while there is still water laying around!

This sums up how I feel about therapy ❤️ a lot of clients are scared to tell me something because they are so afraid of judgement. But honestly, I’m just really honoured when they trust me enough to share their stories.

Happy Canada Day. Today I am very grateful to live in Canada. A country where you do not have to go into debt for necessary medical treatment. A country that supports multiculturalism and diversity. A country with sensible gun laws. A country that supports parents staying home with their infants. A country that allows for people to make decisions about their end of life care and die with dignity. A country that supports the reproductive rights of persons with a uterus. A country that allows religious freedoms. A country that supports the LGTBQ2S+ community and their rights to marry who they love, and non-binary and trans persons to participate in sport, receive gender affirming care, and places to use the bathroom. We have a long way to go before we reach equality but today I celebrate being a Canadian.
