A reminder of our Women’s Wellness Day on Monday 24 Nov. Lots of health info to be shared, and activities to participate in. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Day 1 (Friday, Nov 21) at Nak'albun School (1 PM - 8 PM):
This is a Community Meet & Greet, featuring food (hot dogs, smookies, hot beverages, dinner), a concert, and socializing. Connexus staff will be assisting with activities, and the coordinator. Children are welcome.

Days 2 & 3 (Nov 22 & 23) at Tchentlo Lodge:
Two days of Land-Based Healing, focused on culture, tradition, and male/child bonding. There is a maximum capacity of 30 participants. There will be volunteer, staff, and coordiantor will assist with the events.

Crucial Sign-Up Detail: Men must come to the Nak'albun School on Nov 21st to register for the two-day Land-Based Healing event at Tchentlo Lodge.
