☀️💫🤩 The light returns…

We did it!! We are at the midpoint between Winter Solstice (shortest day of the year) and Spring Equinox… and have you noticed the increased minutes of daylight each day??

With each day seeing the return of more light than the day before we may find ourselves wanting to un-stagnate (is that a word 🤔) in preparation for the ‘spring fever’ that we can feel is just around the corner!

✨New Blog Post Out Today✨

Every January feels a little… loud.

New goals. New plans. New promises to somehow become a completely different human by February. 😅

This year, instead of piling on resolutions, I’m leaning into something much simpler... and honestly, much more grounding.

✨ One Word for the year. ✨

Not a to-do list.
Not a personality overhaul.
But a single word that becomes your frequency, your anchor, your North Star.

In the blog, I share how choosing one word isn’t just about focus, it’s about how you move through your goals.

Your goals are what you’re creating…
Your word is the energy you’re creating them from.

I haven’t found my word for 2026 yet… and I’m okay with that.

I’m letting it arrive the way intuition usually does — quietly, patiently, when I slow down enough to listen.

I’m unreasonably excited about my new rebounder! 😄😄😄

And here’s why...

Rebounding isn’t about jumping high or “working out harder.”
It’s about gentle, rhythmic movement that your body actually likes.

Rebounding is low-impact and joint-friendly, which makes it especially helpful if you:
• live with daily aches and pains
• are healing an injury
• feel stiff when you get up from a chair
• or are noticing that your body doesn’t bounce back like it used to

The soft, elastic surface reduces impact on joints while still encouraging movement which means:
• better circulation
• lymphatic support (hello, detox + immune health)
• improved balance and coordination
• nervous system regulation
• and gentle strengthening without strain

For aging bodies (and honest bodies), this matters. So many of us don’t need more intensity... we need safe, supportive ways to keep moving.

Rebounding is functional healing in motion.

Aging with grace and vitality isn’t about doing more... it’s about choosing movement that works with your body. 💜

Practicing your balance doesn’t need fancy equipment, a fitness gym, or even a scheduled workout. It simply needs… moments. Tiny pockets in your day where you choose to stand a little differently than before.

Try it while walking a forest trail, letting roots and uneven ground wake up those sleepy stabilizer muscles. 🌿

Try it on the curb of a sidewalk, placing one foot in front of the other like you’re on your own personal balance beam. 🚶♀️

Try it at your kitchen sink while waiting for the kettle to boil or the water to warm—lift one foot, soften your knees, breathe, and notice what shifts. 🍵

Balance isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
It’s about reminding your body that stability is a living, practiced skill... not a given.

Make balance part of your everyday life… one step, one breath, one wobbly moment at a time. 🙂💛
