I use this blend a few days before my periods to help my body feel nourished and taken care of, support the natural process of regeneration and create earth-based rituals to connect my womb space with mama Earth. Periods are sacred and should be treated as such. They are our ultimate guide to understanding the deep layers of grief and healing that need to happen.

Been putting a pause on a lot lately. I spent my whole adult life hustling during the summer, working remotely as a chef, 12-14h days. Making the money. Spending the money. This ain’t me anymore. Brainwashed to believe that our worth is linked to productivity. To big bank accounts. To numbing. To be separate from our creative process. I don’t wanna hustle. I want softness and presence. I want slow. I want to lay on the Earth and feel like my life purpose is complete. I want to unfold, like a flower. And at times become a seed so that the wind can blow me away where I need to be. I don’t want to live with stress anymore. There’s plenty of it already. I want to focus my energy on what’s beautiful. I want to observe and release.

My mantra these days

I am being guided
I am protected
I see + receive what’s already available to me
I am enough (just laying there making love with the sun)
I am worthy of rest

Your presence is powerful

Je veux remercier les gens qui me suivent, m’encouragent, me voient et me partagent tant d’amour depuis les dernières années. La fabrication de produits naturels pour moi est une mission essentielle et personnelle, reflétant mon désir de prendre soin de moi, des écosystèmes et des humains qui habitent cette magnifique Terre 🌍 C’est loin d’être une business, c’est un lifestyle depuis toujours.

Mon processus est lent et je fais tout moi-même. De la recherche à l’embouteillage, en passant par la tenue d’un jardin d’herbes médicinales, la cueillette, le séchage, la production, le désign d’étiquettes, les achats, la vente, etc. Ce sont des centaines d’heures non-rénumérés au point de vue monétaire, mais mon âme se remplit de plus en plus à chaque fois qu’une personne bénéfice de l’intention que je mets dans mes créations. Et pour cela, je suis la plus récompensée.

Merci du fond du coeur. Je tiens à continuer sur ce chemin pendant très longtemps en restant fondamentalement alignée avec l’essence pure et protectrice de cette nature guérissante. 🌿🤲🏼

✨She’s here. And I am so delighted about it. I crafted this body oil with so much loving intention. It all started in Australia almost 2 years ago, where a very vibrant community of Pink peppercorn trees (Schinus molle) grew next to the farmhouse I lived in. I got to spend a lot of time with them and felt so much peace. I was simultaneously deepening my knowledge about resin usage in rituals and body care since the dawn of civilization + learning about ethical ways to use Sandalwood. Indian Sandalwood (Santalum Album) is a very endangered species and therefore I was able to source the Australian variety that comes from regenerative farming, meaning they only harvest fallen out branches and plant 10 trees for each dead tree. No essential oils were used.

This blend is the result of years of exploration into making ethical, organic and traceable herbal products to connect with nature in a playful and harmonious way. It is bold, woody, sensual, aromatic, ancient, deeply healing to the unconscious emotional body and invites a sense of grounding, openness, calm, protection and complete transformation. It’s mystical, precious and so beautiful!

Distillation de romarin d’Australie en ce dimanche pluvieux 🌧️ 💚

Hydrolat de romarin – simple, pur et puissant.

Quand on distille le romarin à la vapeur, on obtient une eau précieuse : l’hydrolat.
C’est une eau florale douce, chargée des propriétés de la plante, mais sans l’intensité des huiles essentielles. Depuis l’antiquité, le romarin est une plante de lumière, de clarté et de purification de l’esprit.

✨Pourquoi je l’adore ?
• Il purifie la peau sans l’agresser
• Il réveille le cuir chevelu et stimule la pousse
• Il sent la vitalité, et me rappelle les longues nuits chaudes de la ferme Australienne où j’ai vécu.

Je l’utilise au quotidien : en brume tonique le matin, en spray sur les cheveux ou pour une simple dose aromatique florale pour le coeur et supporter le processus de deuil.

Je préfère de loin l’utilisation de l’hydrolat aux huiles essentielles car celui-ci contient une petite partie d’huile essentielle, soit environ 0.03%, mais contient aussi tous les composés solubles à l’eau. La versatilité de l’hydrolat est très méconnue et moins populaire que les huiles essentielles alors que c’est un produit absolument magnifique.

When I say tiny batch, I mean it.
My style of wildcrafting is slow. Mindful. Rooted in nature’s cycle and 100% ethical. I go a great length to source the highest quality carrier oils, plants, resins etc. I forage in remote areas where lands are untouched. I only get very small quantities of everything. I grow a lot of my own medicinal herbs. I never use essential oils for a lot of many different reasons. I sell at a very few small events, words of mouth and have a few faithful customers, friends and family members that understand my work, my devotion and my commitment to the natural world. I create natural products because I use them every single day. It is my passion, my way of life, my routine, and my nourishment. I would never sell anything that doesn’t reflect my values and beliefs. Nor would I serve a meal that isn’t infused with love.
My work isn’t about being famous or going big. It’s about being authentic and giving back to nature. Stewarding the land and building community based on the concept of reciprocity.

My new FACE OIL is ready and I am just ecstatic about it. Two years in the making, research, trials, sharing, foraging, gathering resources and knowledge. I love this oil so much and I love sharing it even more. Infused with only the best ingredients: frankincense resin from regenerative farming, slowly harvesting balsam fir sap, home grown yarrow, fermented fireweed, green tea in a rich blend of jojoba, rose & castor organic oils. Dreamy earthy notes of forest and open fields. This oil is rejuvenating, soothing, nourishing and cleansing. I love it. I love it. I love it.
