Hello, my dear friends,

Higher levels of understanding and enlightenment are possible, not despite our lower nature, but because of it.

Because we know sickness,
we cherish health.
Because we suffer, we learn compassion. Knowing worry, we savor peace.

At our Healing Center, so many of the people who find their healing tell us things like, "Now I can see my cancer was a blessing." Or, "My accident was the best thing that ever happened to me." Or, "I'm so grateful for my depression now."

They begin to see life as more and more beautiful.

They begin to feel more and more love.

They start helping other people to heal.

They begin to live more harmoniously, moment by moment, wherever they go.

In short... they begin to become their higher selves.

When you love yourself you become an unshakable source of virtue and illumination to everything all around you.

When you are open to loving yourself, you are open to loving the world and loving each experiences in this existence.

What is most profound about self-love is that is allows us to be fully honest and to trust our intuition.

When you love yourself, you feel joyful and have clear and confident thoughts.

In essence, you become your higher self when you truly love your body, mind, and soul.

Isn't that so wonderful, my dear friend 🙂

Hello, my dear friends,

You were created in the image of the Universe.

Inside each of us, as in the world without, are male and female, the sun and the moon, the seasons and the elements, the planets, and the cycles of transformation that govern them all.

What happens outside, on the large scale, is the same as what happens inside, on the small scale.

From a certain perspective, the whole universe is only a harmony of cycles reflected within cycles, a symphony of one note played endlessly in endless ways.

That means there is no real separation between the individual human and everything else.

What is true on the small scale of the bodily universe is true on the large scale of the world.

Similar cycles and laws operate at every level. Hello my dear friends,

Just like every part of your body – your eyes, your fingers, your toes, your stomach, and your ears – are all just parts of a whole, always connected and working in unison, the universe is like a big body connected and working the same way.

That’s actually what universe means: one thing, moving together.

The same thing is true on this little planet of ours; the whole thing is a constant cycling and changing of energies, affecting all parts at all times, whether all those parts know it or not. That means, that cycling and changing of energies is happening inside our bodies, too.

So when it’s spring all around you, with everything waking up, drawing on the energy it saved in the winter to push outwards, move, and grow, you’d better believe your body is trying to do all those same things. And you’re going to feel that in your emotions and in your mind, too.

When it’s summer all around you and the birds are singing from before dawn till after dusk, and everything is up and moving all the time – you’d better believe your body, mind, and emotions are going to want to reflect that.

Just like everything in the universe is a form of energy, everything in the universe is connected – like one big body. And just like one cell in your body has all the genetic information for everything else in your body, anything and everything in the universe has all the information of the entire universe within it.

So now you can see how ALL THINGS ARE CONNECTED.

We are ALL CONNECTED.

We are all made of energy and are all part of the Universal energy.

Once we open ourselves up to the Universe, WE ARE ALL HEALERS!

We are all connected, and all want the same thing- less suffering and more joy!
