Getting ready for the Plank Challenge at the on Saturday, January 24?
Here is your reminder on what to keep in mind for a strong, safe plank.
Itโs not just about how long you hold it. Itโs about how well you hold it.

โ๏ธ Keep your body in one straight line from head to heels.
โ๏ธ Engage your core muscles and stay controlled.
โ๏ธ Stack your elbows directly under your shoulders if doing a forearm plank.
โ๏ธ Keep your gaze slightly down to support a neutral neck position.
โ๏ธ Breathe steadily to stay focused and stable.
๐ซ DON'T:
โ๏ธ Let your hips sag or rise too high.
โ๏ธ Arch your back or lock your joints.
โ๏ธ Strain your neck by looking forward or up.
โ๏ธ Push through pain or discomfort.
โ๏ธ Forget to check in with your form throughout the hold.
