🌿 Perinatal Loss Support Circle 🌿

Facilitator: Renee — trauma-informed counsellor with lived experience of perinatal loss
Format: Virtual (Jane Online Appointments)
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: Pay-What-You-Can ($7–$20 per session)
Insurance: Can be claimed under Social Work for most insurance plans
Participants: Open group — no maximum

First Group: Tuesday, January 14 at 7:00 PM

Description:
A gentle, compassionate virtual support circle for anyone grieving miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant loss, or termination for medical reasons. This space is designed to help you feel held, grounded, and understood—exactly where you are in your grief journey.

Each one-hour session includes:
• A grounding practice
• Gentle education around perinatal grief
• Optional sharing (speak or simply listen)
• Emotional support and community connection
• A closing meditation

This is a support circle, not therapy. All are welcome, at any stage of grief. Come as you are.
