What an amazing weekend at the Queen City Marathon (QCM)! It was a true privilege for Just Like Family Home Care to be part of this incredible event, surrounded by such energy, determination, and community spirit. 🌿 Spring into Healthy Eating with This Easy Recipe!

Celebrate the season with this fresh and vibrant Crispy Chickpea Salad - perfect for a light meal or snack! 🥗

Ingredients:
✅ 1 can chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
✅ Cherry tomatoes (halved)
✅ Cucumber (diced)
✅ Red onion (thinly sliced)
✅ Avocado (diced)
✅ Olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper for dressing

Directions:
1️⃣ Roast chickpeas in olive oil until crispy.
2️⃣ Toss veggies in a bowl and add roasted chickpeas.
3️⃣ Drizzle with lemon dressing and season to taste.
