The Community Oncology Program of Saskatchewan (COPS) is a program of the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency is in partnership with hospitals across the province. The goal of our COPS centres is to provide cancer patients with care, treatment and support in or near their home communities.

Drop-boxes for patient satisfaction surveys have been arranged in four locations. Look for a black box near the reception area labelled ‘Patient Satisfaction Survey- Drop Box’ or ask the nearest staff member:

Regina:
4545 Parliament Avenue (second floor reception)
Allan Blair Cancer Centre (within Pasqua Hospital) – front desk

Saskatoon:
Saskatoon Cancer Centre (20 Campus Dr.) – front desk
Saskatchewan Cancer Agency Breast Screening Office (1804 McOrmond Drive)
