CREATE EVERYDAY ✨

I love this reminder — not just as a phrase, but as a way of living.
We humans are creators by nature.

We create ideas, relationships, solutions, families, art, healing, meaning. And yes… even our words matter.

Research by Masaru Emoto explored how words and intention influenced the structure of frozen water crystals. He observed different crystal structures form depending on the words placed on the container holding the water — suggesting that what we speak into water may change it.

So why not choose words we actually believe in?
If I’m going to sip water all day… it might as well remind me to create ✨
What we focus on, we strengthen.
What we speak, we reinforce.
I love the idea that words — even simple ones — can shape how we feel, think, and show up.

So yes… I’ll happily kiss my water bottle if it’s cheering me on 😄
