Worked out with my oldest son today. He led the workout:

Bench press - 65lbs
Inclined chest press - 25lbs
Pec Deck - 40 lbs
Overhead press machine - 20 lbs
Tricep Pull downs - 60 lbs
Cardio Burst intervals on the Assault Bike
4 rounds
30 sec rest
20 sec all out
