Hi my name is Joanna and I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga instructor. About 20 years ago I was suffering from anxiety, panic and insomnia. I tried everything to get these things under control, but nothing worked. My Mom brought me to my first yoga class as she thought that might help. Well, let me just say, that was 20 years ago and I have never looked back. Yoga is now my swiss-army-knife cure-all, not just the asana physical practice, but the practice of breathing and meditation as well. I tell my family and friends all the time, that I don't just LOVE yoga, I NEED it. I am here to guide you through YOUR practice. What do you want out of this class? How do you want to feel when it's over? If you want a workout ~ we can do that. If you want a slow, gentle guided practice with a long meditative savasana ~ we can do that. If you just want to stretch out some sore and stiff muscles ~ let's go! Every BODY can do yoga. There are modifications and variations for all poses and any practice can be modified for all abilities. I am here to share my love of Yoga with you. Yoga has helped me so much and now I just want to help others. I want to prevent the suffering for others that I experienced before I attended my first yoga class. Come join me on your mat. Bench press - 65lbs
Inclined chest press - 25lbs
Pec Deck - 40 lbs
Overhead press machine - 20 lbs
Tricep Pull downs - 60 lbs

Cardio Burst intervals on the Assault Bike
4 rounds
30 sec rest
20 sec all out
